1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Travel Grocer's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Travel Grocer provides a pre-arrival grocery ordering and delivery service in Namibia. We coordinate with car rental companies to place your groceries in your rental vehicle before pickup. Orders must be placed at least 5 days before your arrival date.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD)
• Payment must be completed at the time of order
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided

4. Delivery

We coordinate with your specified car rental company to deliver groceries to your rental vehicle. Delivery timing depends on your flight arrival and vehicle pickup schedule. We cannot guarantee delivery if flight delays occur or if car rental details are incorrect.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur a 25% cancellation fee
• No refunds for no-shows or unclaimed orders
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

6. Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, product availability may vary. In the event a product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

7. Temperature-Sensitive Items

Products requiring refrigeration are marked with a refrigeration badge. We take appropriate measures to maintain cold chain integrity, but cannot be held liable for temperature-related issues beyond our control.

8. Liability

Travel Grocer is not liable for delays caused by flight cancellations, car rental company errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate flight and car rental information
• Notify us immediately of any changes to travel plans
• Check your email for order updates and confirmations
• Inspect groceries upon vehicle pickup and report any issues within 24 hours

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia.
